By accessing hisleep.com or placing an order with HiSleep you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Service. They are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction – to be updated].

You may browse hisleep.com without an account. To track orders, save wishlists, or access exclusive offers you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. HiSleep reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, colours may appear slightly different on different screens.

An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order by HiSleep. We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI options via our payment partners. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

HiSleep is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or card issuer. If a payment is declined, please contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. HiSleep is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Please refer to our full Return Policy for complete details. In summary:

• Mattresses: 100-night risk-free trial; free collection and full refund.
• All other products: 30-day return window; items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Every HiSleep mattress comes with a 100-night risk-free trial. The trial begins on the date of delivery. We recommend a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new sleep surface before initiating a return.

The trial is valid for one mattress per household. HiSleep reserves the right to decline trial returns that show clear signs of abuse or misuse.

Our products carry the following limited warranties against manufacturing defects:

• Mattresses – 10-year limited warranty. Covers sagging greater than 1 inch and manufacturing defects. Does not cover normal wear, comfort preference, or damage from improper use.
• Pillows & accessories – 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Sofas – 5-year structural warranty; 2-year upholstery warranty.

All content on hisleep.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the exclusive property of HiSleep or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use our Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Service or related systems.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information in any order or communication.
• Use any automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from our website without permission.
• Resell HiSleep products commercially without an authorised reseller agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HiSleep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product purchase shall not exceed the price paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases the above limitations will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved by amicable negotiation.
