1.Free Standard Delivery
HiSleep offers free standard delivery on all orders over ₹99 to addresses across India. For orders below ₹99, a flat shipping fee of ₹[fee – to be updated] applies at checkout.
Free delivery applies to a single delivery address per order. Multiple delivery addresses within one order are not supported at this time.
2.Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date your order is dispatched:

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be longer during sale periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
3.Large-Item & White-Glove Delivery
Mattresses are delivered compressed and rolled in a box, making them easy to carry up stairs without specialist equipment. They will self-expand within 24–48 hours of unboxing; your mattress is ready to sleep on the same night.
Sofas and large furniture pieces are delivered by specialist carriers. Our team will contact you in advance to schedule a 2-hour delivery window. White-glove in-room delivery (including assembly) is available in select cities for an additional fee of ₹[fee – to be updated].
4.Delivery Instructions & Access
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided. If you have specific access requirements (e.g., gate codes, lift dimensions, no-step access), please add them in the “Delivery Notes” field at checkout or contact us in advance.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our carrier will leave a card and attempt redelivery on the next available business day. After two failed attempts, the item may be returned to our warehouse and a redelivery fee may apply.
5.Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your parcel in real time. Tracking information typically updates within 12–24 hours of dispatch.
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
6.Delivery Restrictions
We currently deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Some remote locations and island territories may have extended delivery times or restricted product availability. You will be notified at checkout if your address falls outside our standard delivery zone.
International shipping is not available at this time. We aim to introduce international delivery in the future – sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
7.Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item, please:
- Take photos of the packaging and the damaged/incorrect item before opening fully.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may still be assessed but cannot be guaranteed.
