Every HiSleep mattress carries a manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects — from 2 years up to 10 years depending on the model. The warranty period is shown on each product page.

What’s covered

Sagging or body impressions beyond 1 inch, broken or protruding springs, and seam failures under normal use.

What’s not covered

Normal softening, stains, damage from improper support, folding, or use on an uneven cot.
